FAQ – Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Every hoodie is printed to order. Production takes 2–7 business days (usually 2–3), then US delivery is typically 4–10 business days with tracking. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days of ordering. Shipping is free on every order.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. If you're elsewhere, join the list at the bottom of the page and we'll tell you when we open your country.

Where are they made?

Printed to order on the Independent Trading Co. IND4000 heavyweight blank.

Can I return or exchange?

Because each piece is made for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size – please use the size guide on every product page. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email hello@nikum.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send it back. See our Refund Policy for the details.

What if my package gets lost?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will reship it or refund it. If tracking shows it delivered but it hasn't arrived, wait 48 hours and check with neighbours and your local carrier, then get in touch.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, as long as it hasn't entered production. Production often starts within a few hours, so email us as soon as you can.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.

Do the prints crack?

Direct-to-garment inks soak into the fleece rather than sitting on top. The print softens slightly with the first wash and then stays put.
