How long does shipping take?
Every hoodie is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then US delivery is typically 3–6 business days with tracking.
Where are they made?
Printed and shipped from the USA on the Independent Trading Co. IND4000 heavyweight blank.
Can I return or exchange?
Because each piece is made for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size – please use the size guide on every product page. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will reprint or refund it, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for the details.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.
Do the prints crack?
Direct-to-garment inks soak into the fleece rather than sitting on top. The print softens slightly with the first wash and then stays put.
