SHIPPING POLICY

 

Every NIKUM piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse: your hoodie is printed and pressed after you place your order, then shipped directly to you.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

Orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days. During peak seasons (November and December) production can take up to 7 business days.

 

SHIPPING TIME (UNITED STATES)

Standard shipping: 3 to 8 business days after production. Most US orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days of ordering. Orders are produced and shipped from print facilities inside the United States, so there are no customs fees for US customers.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days after production. Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order enters production. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please wait 48 hours and check with neighbours and your local carrier, then contact us. If your order arrives damaged, email us at calisiru41@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement.
